Healthy Snacks List

Everyone always asks me about snacks!  When you are eating three snacks a day, it can be difficult to come up with a variety!  But here are some of mine that are frequently in rotation:

Blueberries with nonfat plain Greek yogurt and a dab of honey
Blackberries and string cheese
Apple and almonds
Boiled egg and celery
Celery and natural peanut butter
Apple and peanut butter
Cottage cheese and sliced tomato
Baby carrots and turkey slices
Whole grain rice cake, almond butter and raisins
Watermelon, mint, and feta
Strawberries, nonfat plain Greek yogurt and a dab of honey
Cottage cheese and cantaloupe or honey dew melon
Homemade popcorn and cashews
Nectarine and walnuts
2 Halo mandarins and string cheese
Apple and Greek yogurt peanut butter dip
Cucumbers and hummus
Tomatoes, feta, and basil with balsamic vinaigrette
Tuna and celery
20 grapes and cheddar cheese
Sliced turkey and bell peppers
Cherries and hazelnuts (you can also used dried cherries, if you can find some without added sugar)
Dried apricots and almonds
Sugar snap peas and hummus
Raisins and cashews
Cucumbers and guacomole
Boiled egg and Triscuits
Blackberries, strawberries, and cashews
Clean bean dip and celery
Cottage cheese mixed with unsweetened applesauce
